2.5d boxes Nintendo NES (not Famicom) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series
By Retrofrogg
Something slightly different with this one. NES 2.5D "Hyperreal" set. Since NES games didn't come in cases and were just cardboard boxes, I have converted the box images into a cardboard box effect. It took quite a bit of tinkering but I'm happy with the end result.
This set is for the NES and not famicom, so it should include most regions other than Japan. Let me know if any boxes are missing and I'll add them in. Any suggestions regarding the boxes themselves then also let me know. Around 850 images. I plan to do the Famicom later. Check my other 2.5D sets too.

2.5d boxes Super Aladdin Boy (Genesis Korea region) 2.5D Box Art Set
By Retrofrogg
2.5D box art set for the Super Aladdin Boy - what the Sega Genesis was called in Korea. 76 images, based on the No-Intro set. Some covers were hard to come by. Let me know if anything is missing. This is niche set that I'm releasing before doing the proper Genesis and Megadrive sets. Includes original cover art inserted into correct box with mottled plastic cover.

2.5d boxes Sega Mega Drive (Japan) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series
By Retrofrogg
Sega Megadrive Japan region box art. 476 images (No-Intro set) - let me know if any errors or omissions. A few extras are included for non-physical releasese (e.g. SegaNet). I have my regions currently separated into USA/North America, Japan and Europe; anything not falling into the former 2 regions tends to fall into the Europe region.
Why these images?
Short of proper 3D model box support in Launchbox, I find that "2.5D" is often the best box image type. 3D boxes can be good and I use them for some platforms, though the angle that they tend to be at makes the cover art a bit less clear, and all the spines can give an overall cluttered appearance which can be distracting from the artwork. The standard scraped box-front images tend to just look like jpg computer images and not the actual physical product.
That's where 2.5D comes in. By 2.5D I mean that the image is of the actual front artwork, within the box, facing head on. I'm a perfectionist and want the images to look as realistic as possible - just like the original game boxes. This set is therfore created using a photo-realistic hard plastic case template (not a vector model), complete with the little box hanger and mottled plastic cover, within which the artwork sleeve is inserted. There is some subtle lighting and shadow effect. I went through each item individually so that I could tailor the effect depending on the brightness and contrast of the box art. I'm aiming to create the most realistic sets out there, and am open to any feedback or suggestions. This is over a week's work - in future I will use a Photoshop automation and just set the effect somewhere in the middle, in order to save time!

2.5d boxes Nintendo Wii (all regions) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series
By Retrofrogg
This is a big one folks! Nintendo Wii 2.5D front box art "Hyperreal" set. All regions. Aiming for a complete set. 1913 images. Due to the size, I have zipped each letter of the alphabet separately. Any errors or omissions, please let me know and I will rectify. I'll likely update this set soon once RVZ dats are available. See the screenshots for examples.

By 2.5D I mean that the image is of the actual front artwork, within the original box (not a "clean" reconstruction) and facing head on.

There is some subtle lighting and shadow effect. I'm aiming to create the most realistic sets out there, and am open to any feedback or suggestions.
PS Check my other 2.5D sets. I'm planning to do some more; any platform requests, let me know. Was going to attempt NES next.

ABeezy's Nintendo 64 Carts
By ABeezy1388
Hey Guys,
Here are all 296 released NTSC Nintendo 64 front carts. These are all high-res and much better then what is currently out there. I have decided to do this set because N64 could use some love and these are all accurate carts with the appropriate cart colors for each game that offered a colored variant. I have named them using the no-intro naming scheme (as all my files will eventually be updated to this format). For anyone who uses Launchbox - When dropping these in your Launchbox build there are a handful that do not auto-load; you will have to manually update your game name in Launchbox.
If anyone notices any issues or anything let me know otherwise enjoy!

Sony Playstation 3D Long Boxes
By STAiNLESS
Sony Playstation 3D "Long Box" Set
Before PlayStation games came in standard jewel cases, they came in large boxes, commonly referred to as a "long box." Bigger boxes meant three things: First, they're easier to see on a store shelf. Second, they're more difficult for shoplifters. And third, consumers had a general "bigger is better" mentality.
This set includes all 3 styles.
Credit to @DamnedRegistrations for some of the boxart used.

2.5d boxes Sega Megadrive (Europe) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series
By Retrofrogg
Sega Megadrive Europe region box art. 552 images (No-Intro set) - let me know if any errors or omissions. I have my regions currently separated into USA/North America, Japan and Europe; anything not falling into the former 2 regions tends to fall into the Europe region. Separated into 3 files to comply with file size limits.
