Nintendo NES Video Snaps Updated (606 New Videos)

We have a pretty substantial update for the Nintendo Entertainment System video snap collection today. 606 new videos were added bringing the total to 1,885 videos.  Most of these fill in the aftermarket, pirate  & unlicensed and a few retail that have been added but were missing. Almost all captures were done using a mister FPGA unit and hardware capture. Big shout out to @ChrisL559 for helping with the capture process. All videos av available via EmuMovies Sync.

    5. ABeezy's Super Nintendo Entertainment System Carts

      By ABeezy1388

Hey everyone, its been a while. Took a long break from doing any artwork... much needed. I also have several sets in the works and few updates as well. In the mean time here is my first set in over a year plus!
Here are all 720 official released NTSC Super Nintendo Entertainment System front carts. These are all very high-res (actually uploaded here at just over half scale, my original set is much larger due to the resolution) and I can guarantee are better then any SNES cart set out there currently!. I highly encourage downloading this set and replacing whatever you have. I have named them using the no-intro naming scheme. When dropping these in your Launchbox build there are a few carts that may not auto-load; you will have to manually update your game name in Launchbox using the alternate naming.
There are a very small select few carts that have very very very limited/scare images online so if anyone finds any improvements down the line, drop me a DM with a link and I can update. Also, If anyone notices any issues or anything let me know (Especially doing 720 carts... there is always a chance for errors even after double and tipple checking... but they SHOULD be good.) Enjoy!!!!
Also, you may download my matching Super Nintendo Entertainment System box fronts [coming soon].

I've been reluctant to share anything for a while, but on June 19th Thomas A. bought me a beer and to show my appreciation I decided to make a large update to the switch covers I did several years ago. What started as 100 or so covers quickly escalated into 520 new covers, bringing the total to 1964.
      Thank you Thomas.

    11. SNES - Complete, Accurate USA Retail Box Art Collection

      By Jolu42

I created these back when the SNES mini (and Hakchi) came out so the resolution is a bit lower that I wished I would have started this with. With that out of the way, I obsessively ensured the box art is as clean as possible and as accurate to the original box art as possible. Everything has been accounted for to include original misprint oddities such as Dino City's upside down/backwards lower-right stamp. Every single retail-released box art is available and even some customs that I made like Super Mario All-Stars + SMW, taking into account the style of a 1994 first-party box and the orange, white, green fade on the retail cartridge. Anyway, my point is that a great amount of attention to detail was used in creating these.

    25. Magnavox Odyssey 2 Game Manual Collection

      By StarControl

I started with the emumovies 1.0 collection, added in all the non-USA manuals that I could scrape from archive.org, and finally purchased all 47 of the US Magnavox game releases, scanned them in personally from my personal copies and cleaned each and every page up meticulously.  Scans were done at 600 dpi, and descreened down to 300 dpi.  Page size was standardized.  If you print at 100% scaling you will get the actual manual size.  Defects were cleaned.  2 page spreads should print seamlessly.  OCR was done on the PDFs to make them searchable.  All 47 U.S. manuals followed the exact same procedure, so the set is very consistent.  The Master Strategy Manuals include scans of the game boards and overlays and game pieces.  I explicitly give permission to spread these far and wide for non-monetary purposes as long as you don't do anything stupid like password protect the PDF's so they can't be printed (some of the archive.org manuals do that).
ci2own asked me to reupload this as a single file, so here you go.
