Sony PlayStation Video Snaps Updated (1,170 New Videos)

Quite a few updates for the Sony Playstation video snaps collection today.  We have 1,170 new and updated videos, all audited against the latest redump database.  This brings the total number of official video snaps for the Playstation to 2,581.  Captures by @Circo & @drewby, videos are our standard 30seconds of gameplay followed by 10 seconds of title screen. Captures were made using Mister and Retroarch. All of these new videos are also available in HD quality via Sync and FTP. Please let us know over at EmuMovies if you have any requests for videos we might have missed.

Atari 5200 Video Snaps Updated (74 New Videos)

Happy weekend everyone! Today we have 74 new video snaps for the Atari 5200 bringing the full set up to 169 videos in total.  Most of these new videos are the unlicensed and prototype titles that were not previously included.  A mister fpga was used to record all the game footage.

XBOX 360 Video Snaps Retail Released (1,144 New Videos)

I am super excited to announce that the XBOX 360 Retail Video Snaps set is finally out.  For this 1.0 release we have 1,144 new video snaps for you guys.  This was the first major pass at this, didn't include any kinect only games yet, live service games are of course excluded and there are quite a few others that I couldn't get to easily run that may also be mission, but it is rather complete.

MAME HD Video Snaps Complete (Full Video Set Redo)

After 2 years of effort we here at EmuMovies have finally completely re-recorded and remade the complete MAME video snap set.  The previous set had its roots going back 16 years and things look so much better now.  The new videos are available in 1080p, 480p and 240p sizes depending on your use case and are available on the website in 240p quality and on our FTP and Sync services in all quality levels.  Thanks to our internal team for helping to get all these done, edited and available.  We will keep posting updates to our sync and ftp services monthly as new titles come out (we are working on another update right now) but if we don't just stop and announce our progress nobody will know! 
So please take a moment and refresh your video snaps, you will be glad you did.  Thanks to all our supporters and front-ends that keep us going every month and a huge shout out to Launchbox for their 11 years of partnership.  Enjoy the content everyone.

Nintendo Switch Video Snaps Updated (3,520 Videos)

Today we dropped some new video snaps for the Nintendo Switch. The set is now at 3,520 videos covering hopefully most of what people need. There is an almost unlimited amount of games (shovelware) for this system.  I think the total is now somewhere north of 16,000 games in the library. So here is what we are asking, if you are still missing some videos for installed games or find an error, please let us know in the EmuMovies request section on the forums and we can prioritize those videos on the next round.

    2. Sega Genesis Carts (USA)

      This pack is taken from the amazing Wally Wonka's carts found on the Hyperspin forums and like the 3D box art for Genesis it has all content released in USA, including official, unlicensed, protos and compilations. World unlicensed games like Xeno Crisis and others aren't included and will have their own pack later, some extra carts were made to fill in the new additions.
      It includes 22 titles released on the Sega Channel service, which are exclusives, even some undumped and titles that were only available physically in Europe and Japan. These will use the Sega Channel adapter as artwork, since it's what stored the downloaded game.
      Early prototypes which are mostly broken/incomplete weren't considered, while the most complete ones were already tested and added on previous efforts.

    5. Nintendo Wii U 3D Boxes Pack

      This is a collection of 674 3D Boxes for the Nintendo Wii U. These use the same template as my PC, Steam, Xbox, Xbox 360 3D Boxes. The collection is split into three sections:
      1: 189 3D Boxes for games released on Disc format. These are named after the official Hyperlist XML and all boxes are included. However only about half of them have spine art as many full covers are not available yet on the net however I have added script to those boxes missing spine art to complete the set. Also some of the boxes in this set may have European covers where American covers should be as I tried to find as many full covers as possible and I always took what ever was available regardless of region. this did not happen often though. 2: A collection of 428 created eShop 3D Boxes. 3: A collection of 57 created virtual console 3D boxes. Big thanks go out to souffleetc on Imgur who posted his 65 eShop and 57 Virtual Console covers he created.

      This is a complete pack of carts for the Super Nintendo, it should include all 517 officially released games in Europe, plus Super Copa released in Brazil.
      This pack is partially OK, by that I mean most of the carts are from and old pack from Emumovies, which isn't 100% accurate, on the plus side it uses the newer ones from @Kondorito's pack, anyway, it's mostly a placeholder for a future accurate and higher resolution pack.       This is a complete pack of 3D boxes for the Super Nintendo European releases, it should include all 516 officially released games in that territory, plus Super Copa released in Brazil.
      This pack is based on a work from other users, @NailbombRP worked collecting 2D covers, cleaning and improving their scans and posting them on Github and some forums as well as this one, the other being @SwedishGojirawhich made a 3D script to turn those in 3D. There were extra boxes for games never released in PAL territory and some PAL even using their US counterparts a few were missing from the PAL database, which I mostly fixed applying the correct covers on the 3D ones.

      There's never been a true European database and artwork for any given system I can think of, I've seen packs here and there, but this is different, I've worked on logos to match all cover arts, all released titles in Europe are covered here, including game compilations, protos and unlicensed games to this region, all different names were fixed, as we know not all games have the same name across the globe.
      This is a complete European Mega Drive pack of logos, including all games released in Europe, not only exclusives, even program entries are here, like Action Replay, mostly for the sake of the database and as a curiosity than any other practical use, also, all artwork is always nice to see, that's why having different regions for the same console is always relevant.
      This is a team work between @Robin55 and myself, we wanted separate regions and we're getting there, USA, Europe and Japan now complete.
      Note that most of this artwork wasn't created by me, I gathered all logos that matched the European cover arts on lots of places, but even so I had to cut 30 logos myself since not all were there. Most of the work is really building up a database, cross-checking artwork and title differences, filling in gaps, etc.

      OBS.:No-Intro's naming isn't 100% accurate so many fixes were made during the database build up, for instance, "Contra: The Hardcorps (Japan)" is wrong since what's written in Katakana is "Contra: The Hardcore", anyone that'd like to make sure, just check SegaRetro for more info about the game names.
