Hi all im stu from england ,hope all of you are well, I can't praise you guys so much for giving this an ultimate level for arcade machines, not only does it bring back memories playing these games but you have smashed it with the unbevieable art work, banners, music etc..... this is what i would have only wished for as a kid,ive looked at this a while back with no understanding of how this all could be done im speechless to the work that you all have under gone, its know that i have the time to take on this awesome adventure, got loads of questions so im going to go read alot more on here to see my next step. I like to say a big thanks to Circo who started this site and all that has help create it, i think ice cream on its own is ok but this is the whole friggin icecream van and then some. thx for the welcome

Hi everyone im Tom.

I came accross this on youtube by chance, what a piece of luck! never knew something like this existed. it seems really easy to use Hyperspin, although im sure there will be issues. it takes ages to download for me as i have a slow internet connection but once i have some artwork and videos it will look great on my xbmc gaming pc. Good luck to everyone hope it all goes smoothly.

Hello,

I have recently started messing with Hyperspin and instantly fell in love with it. I have 5 game systems setup and running and with the help of this site I will be able to get the front end looking awesome.

I plan on starting construction of my retro cabinet in the next month or so.

Hi all... my name is Howard and I live in Florida. I am a total newbie here. I just purchased a retro game entertainment console with Hyperspin and XBMC.

This certainly is a eye opening experience and I am amazed how much potential is still on the horizon.

With all due respect to handheld emulators, this is the next level for certain.

A pleasure to be here and Happy Holidays to you all.....whatever you may celebrate ;)

Hello,

I'm Stefaan, 35 years old, living in Belgium and crazy about retro gaming. Always wanted to build an arcade machine but never had the time :-(

Until now. I've been busy creating a cabinet with a friend and also busy downloading and trying to setup the Hyperspin / Emumovies application. Not easy, but we'll get there

I was wondering where i could find the title snaps of each system but only the title and not the background. Need the PNG version with transparency.

Next week, we'll be testing the Hypersin and all the systems. Hope it will work :-)

with kind regards

Stefaan

What's up guys? I'm new here, and so far I like what I see a lot! I first found the site by searching for emulator screenshots for games to save me some time, and what I found was that and then some. Thanks for all the hard work everyone and making a site like this available to everyone. Much appreciated.

Hello all, I'm Jay

I actually registered here quite some time ago but I am finally getting around to setting up a home arcade pc so hopefully you will be seeing a fair bit more of me now.

Truth be told, I am not a big poster kinda guy.  I usually just read other peoples threads with similar issues to troubleshoot my own.

Unlike most users here, I will not be using HS as a FE.  Rather, I will be using XBMC as I like to have all my entertainment in one place.  If anyone has a setup like this and has any advice/tips, please PM me.

See you around the garden!

Hey Everyone,

I'm Kyle, a little bit of a newbie to the emulation scene the only thing i've ever got round to doing is with the playstation 1.

I've been building a frame for my own cab for a few days now just been testing out a few front-ends when i have the time to see which suits me better.

But the reason i'm doing it is my 4 year old son he's a bit of a Sonic and Mario fan (When i was younger it was one or the other haha) but yea thought I'd make him an arcade machine for his birthday anyway back on topic :D.

I will be looking forward to helping contribute to this amazing project.

Hope i can be of help at least even just a little.

Hi! My name is Johan, I'm from Finland and is setting up a gaming computer inside a NES cover. I'm fairly new to the emulator/game pc stuff and I'm pleased to find a lot of info on sites like this. I'm seting up HyperSpin and the sync tool for example is working like a charm!

Greetings from Wisconsin. I am working on my first cab. I am using Atomic for the Front end and it seems to be working pretty good. I have Mame and Stella installed.. NES will be next and I will be looking for a good emulator for it.. Learning much from this project!

Thank you!
