EmuSync Not Working for GBA?

Question

Hi everyone, I just purchased the lifetime member and this is my first post!  I started downloading artwork for my rom folders, so far so good.  However, I can't get anything with GBA.  It just runs through the search real fast and nothing downloads.  Not sure what I am doing wrong.  Any suggestions?  My GBA roms are all in .zip folders.

Nothing wrong with gba on this end, what's your rom naming like?

Thanks for the quick response Chuck!  Naming is like this...

Super Mario Advance (U)(Eurasia).zip

ah goodtools i think

You may be a little too far off of base set naming for the renamer to compensate. I suggest grabbing directly from FTP and using a renamer tool from the apps section, or try the no-intro or hyperlist rom set.

However I am going to look deeper into this and see if I can recreate the issue.  I'll try to give it a go tonight

Thank you, I logged into the FTP no problem.  Pretty cool to have that available.  I looked around and could not find the app you were referring too.  I looked in the download area and all I saw was emusync.

Goodtools?  Sorry new to all of this.

Let me know if I can help find the issue.  I appreciate the help!

Thanks, is there a specific app I should use to rename the GBA roms?  I see a lot that are only for videos and artwork.

Most of them will work for anything fat match is pretty easy to get started with. You can use the artwork as the Roms to rename your Roms and vice versa. If your using Hyperspin you can even use the xml in clrmamepro to rename the Roms.
