Hi all. I'm Steve. Years ago I remember downloading a galaxian emulator from a bbs (yes before the Internet as we know it was born). And that emulator eventually became Mame! In the early days of emulation I ran a website called backyard emulation links that ran for a few years before life got in the way (well marriage and buying a house to be precise) I even wrote a couple of front ends for some of the early command line emulators... As the wife wont let me have a full arcade cab in the house (im working on that though) I've bought an arcade joystick (scorpion xg-2) to play all my retro games with. I was using maximus arcade as my front end but have just swapped to hyper spin. I'm now going to spend the next few weeks setting that up with the help of the vids from this site and I may even have a go at creating a few themes of my own...
