DJoneK February 23, 2013 Share February 23, 2013 I noticed a lot of the snaps offered here are not really as high quality as they could be. Some of them look like jpg with missing details, others look like snaps taken from videos, etc. It'd be nice if they were made as png in their original console/handheld resolution. That way, they'd preserve the pixelated charm that they originaly are made off. I know they would look horrendous stretched on a 1080p TV and whatnot, but still, that'd be the best way to do snaps if you ask me. I think mame does it like this and they look superb stretched. Not quite when you stretch a jpg or bad quality/filtered snap. Thoughts? Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
NIVO March 1, 2013 Share March 1, 2013 the ones I made for MAME complete to MAME .140 were taken in native resolution in .PNG format.
