skwatter June 8, 2011 Share June 8, 2011 I am trying to download the Turbo Grafx 16 manual collection but whenever the download gets to 75% completion, the speed drops to 0 KBPS and nothing happens after that.I am a registered member (of course) and thought that I had a 250 MB per day download limit.When I try to download again, however it says I have reached my limit when the file is only 90 MB in size.What's happening?
