Do anyone know how to use Bezels in RetroArch?

I suppose you mean what retroarch calls "overlays"... Quoting from another post:

Basically you must copy the image and .cfg files somewhere into your Retroarch folder \ Overlays, and then select cfg file through settings tab in Retroarch.

I found out that the best way to go is to use Rocketlauncher and configure bezels, shaders and everything in there.

Also SimplyAsutin's videos are the best source of tutorials to configure all of this perfectly.
