That sounds like a theme issue, there aren’t any known issues of launchbox not being able to play out videos.  Are you a new user? Why are you yelling?  Do they play in Launchbox proper?  I’m not sure if Launchbox ever updated their mapping for teknoparrot.  You might need to grab those off the ftp if LB isn’t syncing.  
 

edit: if you want to use our sync tool to get the data select arcadepc and point it at your teknoparrot profiles folder with the XMLs for roms.  That will sync all the media properly and you can paste into the respective launchbox folders.
