hgh8 Posted August 28, 2013 Share Posted August 28, 2013 For two weeks I have repeatedly submitted support tickets that no one has bothered to respond to. I cancelled my monthly subscription in June and yet my PayPal account has received a $5 monthly charge from EmuMovies every month since then. I cannot find any place on the site where I enabled this auto-charge, nor any way to cancel it. To make matters worse, the charge isn't even taking effect as I can't access FTP or anything they're trying to charge me for. I am going to take up an issue with PayPal since I can't get a response from anyone with this site. Has anyone here successfully disabled their account and cancelled transactions?
