(FIXED) LaunchBox Sync not working?

Hello - seems like the LaunchBox sync is not working - getting errors that it is unable to connect.  Administrators on the LaunchBox forums state that it is a problem with the EmuMovies API, but the header above says that the media servers are online for LaunchBox sync.  Is there an issue with the API?

It's been a couple months but we had a weird authentication bug pop back up, apologies for the downtime yesterday and we are investigating what caused the outage.

Sorry, this is not the answer.
On the contrary, I have the same problem, Launchbox integration of EmuMovies does not work anymore, the "Test" button in LB results in "unable to login to EmuMovies"
Login on the EM website works. Changing my password there did not solve it.

I just tried to change my password via the "forgot my password" option at login (found that tip in another thread).
Didn't work either, I didn't get the mail after 30 minutes (not in spam folder either)

Got the PW change mail now (I was the idiot, typo in mail address, sheesh...)
Unfortunately, login via Launchbox is still not working.

Same here. It always seems to coincide with when I want to add a bucketload of ROMs...

Sounds plausible. for me it stopped working after installing eXoDOS. Maybe there is some hidden limit of access, ~70000 files for a complete eXoDOS installation may look like a DDOS attempt.

Also down for me, annoyingly just as I decided to add a fairly sizeable collection of Commodore 64 ROMs to my LaunchBox. I assume if we're all having this issue it's probably not singling anyone out for a perceived DDoS.

Same issue here as well.

Im having the same issue. It seems to be hit or miss. Yesterday I imported a few systems, when I went to sync my Emumovies I got the same error. I changed my password and re-synced and it worked fine. No such luck today.

Same problem here. EmuSync is working but I only just started setting up LaunchBox a few days ago and purchased the lifetime member access at basically the same time it stopped working so had been wondering if it was an account issue since it was fine on Saturday.

Same issue here, unable to login to EmuMovies from LaunchBox, Website login is possible.
