Guest Mobaholic October 21, 2011 Share October 21, 2011 It is Legal to have own, have, or trade Video Snaps. A Video Snap is Recorded Game play and is the property of the Player. Like a YouTube Video of you playing "Call Of Duty" You are aloud to post it, share it, edit it, etc. A ROM is the actual copyrighted material owned by the game creator.
