Can't find videos anymore when importing games

I recently had to install Launchbox on a new computer and imported all my games, but Launchbox isn't finding videos for games I am certain had videos before.  In the download images/media window, the EmuMovies tab only returns images.  I'm finding the metadata just fine, and the premium license appears to be working. I've also made sure I'm logged into EmuMovies. Is there something I'm missing?

I think as a basic member at EmuMovies you can only download artwork? You need to be a paying supporter here to download videos.
