Download Service - Login Failed

Hi all,

I'm trying to use the download service utility (v 0.7 beta), but each time I try to login I get the message "Login Failed"

And yes, I AM using the login details for this site and not for the FTP server.

Tried to disable firewall....same problem.

Any ideas?

I am also unable to log in using the Download Service Utility, except I'm using version 0.86. Exact same issue, using my emumovies.com account but it gives me login failure. There's a short wait before the error message pops up, so it seems like something is happening. I'm behind a router, so I tried turning on the DMZ, but that didn't help at all. User ID would be the email account used to log into emumovies.com right? I tried my forum username but that also was a no go.

I am getting also the login failure with beta .86

>>> Nevermind, apparently there is still a bug regarding passwords without non-alphanumerics.. I changed my password and it worked.

If anyone is having login issues please pm me your user id and password and ill look into it.

NOTE: User is forum user id not email.

Is this fixed yet? I was able to login a couple days ago, today I get login failure pop up

Right now its a global problem, I just tried to login and I am failing. Just sent a note off. I'll post when I get an update or it's back up.

Looks like it's a by-product of all the server drama over the weekend, should be back up in a couple of hours.

I'm experiencing this issue right now. I just installed the download service app for the first time and keep receiving a "Login Failure" error.

What should I do to resolve this?
