Are there specs?

I looked at the FAQ, not sure where else I should look, but couldn't find any info.

For any media submitted, are there any restrictions, minimum requirements or anything?

For example video captured should be some specific resolution? Should be in original resolution (for screen grabs)?

Or are all these a matter of the submitter? (and presumably differentiate the sets between themselves)
