Circo
If your password has special characters ie:!@#$%^&*()~ then its not going to work. This seems to be the problem with 95% of the service requests so members should reset their password before submitting a ticket. Also it's helpful if you copy/paste your filezilla connection log when submitting the ticket. It's always either the password or entering the details wrong. This seems to be the problem with 95% of the service requests so members should reset their password before submitting a ticket. That was my issue too. But it tooks a while until I found this topic (only have looked in News and VIP Lounge forums). So I submitted an unnecessary support ticket (which I already have changed to 'resolved' of course). Maybe such an important info should be reside at the FTP Login info page. I think that could be an easy method to reduce ticket amount dramatically Thanx for your hard work. jaZz_KCS
I don't know whats wrong, but it seems that both EM FTP and HS FTP are offline (they both resolve to the same IP anyway, so no astonishment there). Both servers are not answering for me (timeout) (Port 21 and 221 respectively). Is there something wrong? I better check my connection again but I think its not me. If it doesn't work later I'll go ahead and grab a support ticket.
jaZz_KCS
Other members do seem to also not be able to reach the servers (timeout after 30 secs), so I guess they are just offline.
eddiecochran
Same here. At time of my last post here everything still work fine. But now they seem to be offline. EC
