Numotiv39
Sorry if this has been posted before. I couldn't find an answer. I have a no Intro set of ROMs that are named like: Super Mario Bros. (USA) When using emusync to match artwork with the ROMs it all comes back named in lower case: super mario bros. (usa). This is causing emulation station to not recognize the artwork because the names aren't exactly the same. How can I fix this?
shaneronan
Your best bet is to rename all your ROMs to lowercase to match the artwork. You can use a batch renaming tool on your computer for that. That should fix Emulation Station's picky matching! sports games

A quick fix would be using fatmatch (search dl section) at 99% and it would fix it. But I’ll run a test tomorrow and see if I can duplicate. It should be an exact match for your rom name case included.

I use a high end android tablet for my emulation setup. I have an external drive that I keep everything on for that. Because I don't have a windows computer I ran emusync in wine (works just fine incase anyone is wondering). The issue is with Linux as it names everything on my drive in lower case regardless of how its named and appears on android or anywhere else. I guess I'll just have to batch rename my ROMs to lower case to match. I didn't want to but beggers can't be choosers.
