nguerra Posted December 30, 2025 Share Posted December 30, 2025 Not sure if this is a question for emumovies or not. I have the same question in the Hyperspin-fe forum. I'm trying to install the new HyperHQ version. It's asking for my Emumovies information but after it is entered, it comes back with Invalid username or password. Not sure if there is a setting in emumovies that allows remote logins from hyperspin? I obviously have the correct username and password since I'm logged in now. Circo Posted December 30, 2025 Share Posted December 30, 2025 There isn't anything global happening right now that's problematic, is this a right now problem or ongoing for awhile? There isn't any special setting but not a lot I can diagnose with your direct account on a public thread, we do have a support ticketing system for that level of support. Usually the first thing to do is reset yopur password as that will reset the entire authentication chain. It's also possible HS can have service outages from time to time due to beta changes and I know right now as I type this they are preparing for another release. So if this has been going on for say all day or a couple days reset your password, if that doesn't solve it submit a ticket here: https://emumovies.com/support/ If it's only been a short time, few hours, I would give it a few and try again. you should be able to skip it and continue with installation and use and sign in later in the accounts section Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

It's been a hot minute since I've been around here, so I've updated username and password and waited a few hours but I'm getting errors about wrong username/password from the hyperhq tool as well. nguerra Posted December 30, 2025 Author Share Posted December 30, 2025 Thank you everyone. I'm a bit impatient I know 🙂  At the time of my post it had only been about an hour. Changing password was the first thing I tried. A couple of others on the Hyperspin side are stating the same issue. Looks like the option to skip and continue with installation is also not available. Guess I'll sit tight and can post when things are moving again. Restart HQ and it should prompt you or download the latest from the download link on the website.
