Capcom CPS III Videos and Artwork added

Member rdhanded2 made a request for a dedicated capcom cps-3 system intro video. Since I am already working on updated and improving the MAME video set I decided to redo all of the Capcom CPS III video snaps and created a new system intro video. The videos were added to the MAME video snap sets on the FTP and Download Service, as well as in stand alone Capcom CPS III sets. New in-game snap shots and title screen snapshots were also added.
