Frontends/Launchers Poll 2019

It's been (or almost been) 3 years since the last poll so lets start a new one for 2019 shall we?

Batocera is making great progress. It uses emulationstation, but it is bootable and works out of the box.

I have been using Launchbox in BigBox mode for a few years and am still super happy with it.  Haven't even looked at any other front ends in a while.

Launchbox on Windows, OpenEmu on Mac. I like OpenEmu a lot, simple to set up and a very nice interface. Not as customizable as Launchbox.
