    For the next few weeks we are testing no longer limiting the speed of website downloads for Basic, Advanced and Basic Members.  There were occasionally issues with larger downloads failing for some members and we hope this will resolve that issue.  Barring any issues we will discontinue limiting download speeds for all users after the test has completed.
