New DC upload issue

Not sure if you caught my message, but the new DC videos still have the problem where they only play out of one speaker. Mr. Driller is an example of one that had low audio + one speaker. Now audio is normalized but one speaker only still.

Ok once I got my rig set up, it's been a long time since I had this working btw, I started looking at the state of these. Luckily I have my masters on a lot of them. I am doing some tweaking and am re-encoding for better quality and fied the sound issues. I will post my progress here as I get them updated.

Everything that was submitted is basically going to be replaced (using 2 computers fixes most sound issues) I am also defaulting to NullDC but am using Makaron as a backup if the quality on a certain game is better. Also adding alot of JAP games.
