 Update: This is my updated sega genesis overlay with natural sega genesis background from console.

 Updated settings in retroarch: integer scale=off, aspect ratio=custom, custom viewport x=282, custom viewport y=108, custom viewport width=1115, custom viewport height=834.

I decided to merge overlays, here is my new snes overlay background it's made by me and bezel it's from Alex DC.
