I haven't played MDK2 yet but the first one is just great.. I thought it was ahead of it's time. I made an avi of MDK before but i'm not sure the machine i was using to capture it was up to the task as the avi seemed a bit slower than the actual game.

Problem #1 I cant get MDK to play as it's a win 95 prog. I dont have an XP machine that will do it running atm. Im gonna give MDK2 a shot.

Thanks. Don't worry about it. I'll get round to it after i get HS sorted. You use Fraps ? Does it allow you encode your captures as .flv ?

You dont go straight from fraps to flv. You get the rough capture in fraps and then encode.
