How do I assign my new controller?

Hi All!

I had a custom controller built for me and have Hyperspin on a dedicated HP EliteDesk Win10 system. The controller is on a WinIPac4 card. I'm attaching a picture of it.

I've downloaded both utilities from Ultimarc, but I just can't figure out how to set this up. Right now, the spinner reads and the trackball with go side to side, but not up and down (the pointer, that is - the ball itself moves just fine).

I knew this was going to take some set up, but I have no way of telling (from what I can see) which pin each controller is connected to.

If I open up MAME and go to the setup menu within a game, none of the buttons or sticks register - only the spinner and the trackball along the x-axis.

Any help would be appreciated.
