There are plenty of alternatives that can, but for the question which one is the best: that depends a bit on what you want to use it for, on which operating system, and whether you're willing to pay for it or not. As the main programmer of RetroFE (free and open source) I would of course advice using that, but it's not everyone's cup of tea. :) Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
