Some system video snaps and artwork not playing/displaying

Hi all.  Recently set up a new Hyperspin system after a while of being away from it.  Using Hypersync i have been able to sync artwork, game wheels, artwork and video snaps for most systems i have set up.  However some systems do not display certain synced media.  For example, my Nintendo Wii system has correctly synced all available media (including videos), and within that system in Hyperspin I can see the synced media (like pointers, letters, game wheels), but the video snaps are not displaying.  Only the standard 'find this video at Emumovies' spiel.  Same with my PS2 system set up.  All working but video snaps. 

Any help is super appreciated.
