In this edition of the LaunchBox Tutorial series we walk you through the troubles and tribulations of TurboGrafx 16, aka, the PC Engine. We walk you through the process in LaunchBox, set you up with RetroArch for 16 and PCEjin for CD. I am sorry some of the information can't be exactly perfect or concise for these systems. they are really a wild west of issues.
