ideaipher Posted February 3, 2014 Share Posted February 3, 2014 I have always wondered why some arcade cabs had a yellow Mario suit instead of the white found on the NES version after getting the flower. To me - growing up this is one of many things that separated the NES and the arcade. The other being the SMB2 levels and edits through out the game that make it a bit more difficult. I recently saw a VS. SMB video with the normal NES white suit after getting the flower which I found odd.Does anyone else remember only seeing yellow Mario after flower power in the arcades?
