submission standards for raw artwork?

I just rescanned and cleaned up the complete Magnavox Odyssey 2 USA raw box art set at 300 dpi.  Of course, I don't have access to the Euro boxes so I can't do them to the same standard.  What is the current thinking on how to submit the set?  Should I just submit the USA set individually, prepare a complete set of all available box art at best available resolution, or up-rez the low resolution images to a matching size?  What is the naming standard for front, back, left, right, top, inside, etc.?  Do you just separate all the files for each box into directories for the component parts and use the same name for each part?
