WallyWonka Posted February 7, 2010 Share Posted February 7, 2010 not a dumb question at all. They are called backdrops, overlays and bezels. Some games (like Asteroids Deluxe, Battlezone and Gunfight) should have them. The zipped files go in the artwork directory of mame. If you have no zipped artwork files go here: MAME Artwork at Mameworld Download the backdrop of your choice but do not unzip them, place the zipped files in the "artwork" folder where you have mame installed.
