Emulating the Wii U with CEMU - LaunchBox Tutorials
By SentaiBrad, 09/01/2016
Today's tutorial is centered around the CEMU emulator for the Wii U. This emulator is in an Alpha state still, and requires a fairly powerful computer to ensure a consistent frame rate, but the emulator is shockingly farther along than you might assume. I certainly never thought we would be looking at a competent Wii U emulator this soon. If you need help in modding your Wii U so that you can rip the games that you own, then follow the links below for instructions on what to do. Doing a tutorial on how to mod your Wii U isn't really the focus of our channel, but the website has a tutorials section to help users out if that is something you'd like to do.
The latest versions of CEMU (versions released after I made this video) require a command line parameter in order to load games now. So now, you must edit CEMU in LaunchBox and add -g in the default command line parameter box on the first tab in order to load a game. If you want to run it in fullscreen as well the command line must look like this: -f -g.
