  10. Name: Nintendo 64 Virtual Console Emulation - LaunchBox Tutorials Category: Emulation Tutorials Date Added: 2016-11-19 Submitter: SentaiBrad Today's tutorial is an odd one. Instead of talking about Nintendo 64 emulation out right, we're talking about emulating emulation... yea, it gets complicated, and it's still more performant than regular Nintendo 64 emulation! So, today's tutorial is centered around Nintendo 64 Virtual Console in Dolphin. Name: Retro Style Spotlight [11-1-16] CD-i, Socks the Cat, Nintendo Warehouse, Foursite, Final Fantasy 9 Category: News and Entertainment Date Added: 2016-11-19 Submitter: SentaiBrad This weeks Retro Style Spotlight showcases last weeks CD-i tutorial on the channel. The top stories this week were about Socks the Cat, a 2D Platforming political satire SNES game that has a kickstarter going on for a revival, news about the Nintendo Warehouse that was opened up to show off for The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary earlier in October, and a Doom 2 mod called Foursite that took mod creator Ben 300 hours to create! This weeks Retro Remix Song of the week is titled Namors Gnudlib Theme off the Esthers Dreams Album, on OverClocked Remix. Check it out if you want a relaxing rendition of a Legend of Zelda song. This week in gaming is all about my absolute favorite Final Fantasy game, Final Fantasy 9! That's the rundown of RSS, if you enjoyed the video then please leave a thumbs up on the video, and subscribe for more videos in the future. 14. Name: The Launch of the Super Nintendo (1991) Category: News and Entertainment Date Added: 2016-11-01 Submitter: Circo Classic Gaming Quarterly Episode 38 - The North American launch of the Super Nintendo. Although the 16-bit generation started in the late summer of 1989 with the near-simultaneous launch of the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx-16, the release of the Super Nintendo in August of 1991 signaled the real start of the 16-bit console war. The system came bundled with Super Mario World as the pack-in game, and on launch day two additional games were available; F-Zero and Pilotwings. Many believe that Gradius III and SimCity were also launch titles, but these games were actually released the following week, just missing being part of the launch line-up. 18. I just dropped a handful of video submissions into my submissions folder on the ftp for Nintendo GameCube. I am planning on doing all the missing ones, plus redo's of the games that have improved since the last time this set was done. SO should be a about 100ish new vid's altogether. I put 3 clips of each video. One for gameplay, one for the intro, and one for the two combined. I am a little new at this still, but I hope you find them useful. PS: I usally make my videos a little bit longer than what is generally found here, the reason is because I use hyperspin. So I make each video so that it will play through once before the hyperspin wheel spins again. Most of the videos here play through once, then start playing again, then get interupted by the wheel spin, which I typically don't like. But feel free to shave a few seconds off each one to make them fit what is present. I will remember next time to set the correct length of the videos for on here. If you don't like the videos I make for some reason, let me know and I will try to fix the problem. But I would think having these videos is better than no video or an out of date video with severe graphics defects.
