making my own movies? for non supported system

Hi, I was wondering if someone could recommend how I might make my own movies?

I wanted to make some for gamecube, nintendo wii, and ps2. What is the best way to do this? In case it matters, I have an ati hd radeon 4850, 920 i7 cpu (2.66ghz), 6gb of ram, ...

I use some gameplay videos edited with Vegas Pro. It is very easy and you have a lot of tutorials around the net.
