"Donald Duck - Quack Attack" is the same game as "Donald Duck - Goin' Quackers". So it doesn't belong in the db as it'd be a duplicate. NTSC titles get first priority in Hyperspin-based db's and duplicates are only ever included if the game offers something significantly different.

An example of this would be Prince of Persia for Sega Genesis. Both NTSC and Pal versions appear the same but the Pal version has a bunch more levels, so it's the preferred version in the db.
