  10. Name: Retro Style Spotlight [11-15-16] TurboGrafx, NeoSD, Tyranny, Kirby's Toy Box, Link to the Past Category: News and Entertainment Date Added: 2016-11-19 Submitter: SentaiBrad In this edition of Retro Style Spotlight, last weeks tutorial was based on the TurboGrafx 16 and TurboGrafx CD, so if you need some help getting those set up, check it out. Today's top stories is about the newly released Neo Geo AES and MVS flash cart called NeoSD, which is now available for purchase! I also want to spotlight a new CRPG that is released by the same developers who made Pillars of Eternity, and is a throwback to older CRPG's just like Pillars, called Tyranny, that is extremely dark. There has also been some new Sattelaview games that have been found thanks to Frank Cifaldi and his group called Kirby's Toy Box, and is a series of sub or mini games that are not the greatest, but something that looks interesting and I am happy that it exists. This weeks Retro Remix Song is called Pull the Plug by WillRock, and is an awesome Electro High Temp song that mixes Mega Man 1 and Mega Man 10. This month in gaming is all about the Legend of Zelda Link to the Past and it's amazing legacy that it left behind. 11. Name: Retro Style Spotlight [11-1-16] CD-i, Socks the Cat, Nintendo Warehouse, Foursite, Final Fantasy 9 Category: News and Entertainment Date Added: 2016-11-19 Submitter: SentaiBrad This weeks Retro Style Spotlight showcases last weeks CD-i tutorial on the channel. The top stories this week were about Socks the Cat, a 2D Platforming political satire SNES game that has a kickstarter going on for a revival, news about the Nintendo Warehouse that was opened up to show off for The Legend of Zelda 30th Anniversary earlier in October, and a Doom 2 mod called Foursite that took mod creator Ben 300 hours to create! This weeks Retro Remix Song of the week is titled Namors Gnudlib Theme off the Esthers Dreams Album, on OverClocked Remix. Check it out if you want a relaxing rendition of a Legend of Zelda song. This week in gaming is all about my absolute favorite Final Fantasy game, Final Fantasy 9! That's the rundown of RSS, if you enjoyed the video then please leave a thumbs up on the video, and subscribe for more videos in the future. 14. Name: The Launch of the Super Nintendo (1991) Category: News and Entertainment Date Added: 2016-11-01 Submitter: Circo Classic Gaming Quarterly Episode 38 - The North American launch of the Super Nintendo. Although the 16-bit generation started in the late summer of 1989 with the near-simultaneous launch of the Sega Genesis and TurboGrafx-16, the release of the Super Nintendo in August of 1991 signaled the real start of the 16-bit console war. The system came bundled with Super Mario World as the pack-in game, and on launch day two additional games were available; F-Zero and Pilotwings. Many believe that Gradius III and SimCity were also launch titles, but these games were actually released the following week, just missing being part of the launch line-up.
