2.5d boxes Sega Genesis (USA/North America) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series
By Retrofrogg
Sega Genesis USA/North America region box art. 741 images (No-Intro set) - let me know if any errors or omissions. A few extras are included for non-physical releases. I have my regions currently separated into USA/North America, Japan and Europe; anything not falling into the former 2 regions tends to fall into the Europe region.
Why these images?
Short of proper 3D model box support in Launchbox, I find that "2.5D" is often the best box image type. 3D boxes can be good and I use them for some platforms, though the angle that they tend to be at makes the cover art a bit less clear, and all the spines can give an overall cluttered appearance which can be distracting from the artwork. The standard scraped box-front images tend to just look like jpg computer images and not the actual physical product.
That's where 2.5D comes in. By 2.5D I mean that the image is of the actual front artwork, within the box, facing head on. I'm a perfectionist and want the images to look as realistic as possible - just like the original game boxes. This set is therfore created using a photo-realistic hard plastic case template (not a vector model), complete with the little box hanger and mottled plastic cover, within which the artwork sleeve is inserted. There is some subtle lighting and shadow effect. I went through each item individually so that I could tailor the effect depending on the brightness and contrast of the box art. I'm aiming to create the most realistic sets out there, and am open to any feedback or suggestions. This is over a week's work - in future I will use a Photoshop automation and just set the effect somewhere in the middle, in order to save time!

2.5d boxes Sega Megadrive (Europe) 2.5D Front Box Art Pack, Hyperreal Series

I have my regions currently separated into USA/North America, Japan and Europe; anything not falling into the former 2 regions tends to fall into the Europe region. Separated into 3 files to comply with file size limits.

2.5D box art set for the Super Aladdin Boy - what the Sega Genesis was called in Korea. 76 images, based on the No-Intro set. Some covers were hard to come by. Let me know if anything is missing. cartridges Sega Mega Drive Taiwanese Unlicensed 2D Carts
By StoningtonQB
A collection of Taiwanese carts to supplement the existing 2D carts that you can find here on EmuMovies. Also included is one licensed Australian game (Daze Before Christmas) which was included because all I've found in other collections were fanart versions of the cart (this one is the real deal). This collection does not contain any fanart or remakes, so you will find that a couple of the carts are a little bit on the grainy side due to their rarity.

Sega Genesis Logos (USA)
By Aorin
Of all the other artwork, working on the logos for the USA Genesis releases was the most troublesome part. There were lots of wheels/logos mismatching their cover arts, some were found already cut, others I did myself.
It has all content released in USA, including official, unlicensed, protos and compilations. World unlicensed games like Xeno Crisis and others aren't included and will have their own pack later, some extra carts were made to fill in the new additions.
Includes 22 titles released on the Sega Channel service, which are exclusives, even some undumped and titles that were only available physically in Europe and Japan.
Early prototypes which are mostly broken/incomplete weren't considered, while the most complete ones were already tested and added on previous efforts.

Sega Genesis Carts (USA)
By Aorin
This pack is taken from the amazing Wally Wonka's carts found on the Hyperspin forums and like the 3D box art for Genesis it has all content released in USA, including official, unlicensed, protos and compilations. World unlicensed games like Xeno Crisis and others aren't included and will have their own pack later, some extra carts were made to fill in the new additions.
It includes 22 titles released on the Sega Channel service, which are exclusives, even some undumped and titles that were only available physically in Europe and Japan. These will use the Sega Channel adapter as artwork, since it's what stored the downloaded game.

Sega Mega Drive Logos (Europe)
By Aorin
There's never been a true European database and artwork for any given system I can think of, I've seen packs here and there, but this is different, I've worked on logos to match all cover arts, all released titles in Europe are covered here, including game compilations, protos and unlicensed games to this region, all different names were fixed, as we know not all games have the same name across the globe.
This is a complete European Mega Drive pack of logos, including all games released in Europe, not only exclusives, even program entries are here, like Action Replay, mostly for the sake of the database and as a curiosity than any other practical use, also, all artwork is always nice to see, that's why having different regions for the same console is always relevant.
This is a team work between @Robin55 and myself, we wanted separate regions and we're getting there, USA, Europe and Japan now complete.
Note that most of this artwork wasn't created by me, I gathered all logos that matched the European cover arts on lots of places, but even so I had to cut 30 logos myself since not all were there. Most of the work is really building up a database, cross-checking artwork and title differences, filling in gaps, etc.

no-intro Sega Mega Drive Japan No-Intro Art Pack (3D Boxes, 2D Carts, Logos)
By Robin55
This is a complete Collection of 3D Boxes, 2D Carts and Logos for the Sega Mega Drive Japan Region. The set is named after the 2019 No-Intro Rom set. As a result of the naming convention used with No-Intro there will be some duplicate artwork with slightly different naming. The concept behind these No-Intro named packs is that the user can either have seperate systems with an entire library of artwork for each system or choose a region they would prefare and simply overwrite the region artwork that is not wanted as the artwork and roms will have the same names (for example: Japan, Europe), doing this will leave a library of artwork with a complete region and only the exclusives would be left for the region that was overwritten.
There are three different versions of 3D Boxes to choose from: Normal, With Plastic Cover, With Plastic Cover and Sheen.
This Project was a collaboration between myself and @Aorin. I made the Boxes and a lot of the Carts and Aorin collected and made many of the Logos and Carts and also had a lot of input in other parts of the project.

Sega Mega Drive Carts (Japan)
By Aorin
This is a complete Japanese Mega Drive set of carts, including those released outside Japan, SegaRetro was used as a base and every game, even software checked and a clean database was created, I'm including two databases, one that has all entries, including the software releases, the other without them.
This is a team work between @Robin55 and me, we aimed separate regions and we're getting there, USA, Europe and Japan now complete.
OBS.:No-Intro's naming isn't 100% accurate so many fixes were made during the database build up, for instance, "Contra: The Hardcorps (Japan)" is wrong since what's written in Katakana is "Contra: The Hardcore", anyone that'd like to make sure, just check SegaRetro for more info about the game names.

While I basically did 250+ logos myself, a lot of them were taken from various sources, including this forum, some from Deviant Art, some from the Launchbox database site. There were cases where I had to redo a bunch of them, so they all should match their box art counterparts.
Expect a pack of 3D boxes and carts later today.

boxes Sega Mega Drive 3D Boxes Taiwanese / Japanese (Unl)(No-Intro)
By StoningtonQB
Based on the official 3D boxes, this collection fills in some gaps where there were missing ones. This collection is meant to supplement the EmuMovies 3D set. One would have to believe that these weren't getting done by anyone else, so enjoy! Set includes unlicensed Taiwanese games, with one Japanese game (Dial Q o Mawase).

Mega Drive (EU) 2D Complete Cover Pack
By shro2012
This file contains the complete cover set for all Sega Mega Drive (Genesis) games released in the United Kingdom Region and in the EU cover variant.
All files have been collated by myself from the various repositories on the Internet and have been retouched where required and resized to uniform ratio. The quality does vary between the covers based on the source files available but images are scaled to the best quality size available. Image sizes in the pack are: 500x725, 750x1087, 1000x1450, 1500x2147, 2000x2900
If you are aware of better quality variants of the covers in this pack please let me know and I will update the pack as required.
It should be noted that all are the original covers with the exception of Lethal Enforcers 2 which I could not find a high enough quality version of and so I have adapted the US cover to the EU style box to make this a complete set.
